Demi nodded, popping half a cracker into her mouth. "We've been best friends since we were kids, so we're really close and that's cool that you've met her already." she said, breaking another cracker in half. Score, she thought. Selena had already met him and it's not like she could disapprove of Kevin. He was a great genuine person and what girl wouldn't like him? Kevin nodded his head, a bit nervous now that he knew they were best friends. This was really bad, but it's not like he could do anything about it. Plus he was drunk at the time and didn't know what he was doing. So as far as he knew he was still a virgin, barely one, but still one. He watched her as she reached over and took a sip of his soda, making him laugh lightly ass he finished up his hot pocket. "That's neat that you've known each other so long," He said, taking his soda back and taking a sip.

Demi shrugged her shoulder, "It is. Pretty awesome to come to some strange place and know that your friend is in the same place, sort of going through everything with you," she said, closing the packet of crackers, getting up and putting them back in the cabinet. Kevin watched her start to ramble. She was adorable to say the least. He threw out his garbage and leaned over, pecking her cheek before sitting back down at his stood. "I'm fine," He assured her, flashing a small smile to prove that he was being truthful. "Don't be nervous around me." He added, knowing that it wasn't really going to help but her didn't want her to feel nervous around him. He wanted to see what she was really like and plus he liked her a lot.

Demi grinned and nodded. She stopped herself from saying 'okay' knowing she would let it slip and seem incredibly submissive. It's not like she always did what people told her to do. Still, being told by him not to be nervous, did make her less nervous. "Is there anything you want do?" she asked, shrugging a bit, "That is if you want to, I'm sure you've got better things to do and I've been keeping you all morning," she laughed. Kevin cocked his head to the side and finished drinking his soda. He really didn't have anything to do that day and hanging out with her proved to be a lot of fun. It made him wonder why she seemed to think that he didn't want to be with her or something, but he simply shook it off. Girls were too complicated for him to ever begin to understand, although he thought he did a pretty good job most of the time. "You haven't been keeping me, I want to hang out with you." He assured her with a smile.

Demi grinned at his response, he liked hanging out with him too. Probably a little too much than she should have at the time. "Okay, cool," she said, the grin still on her face. She wanted to do something together, just not sure what. Obviously nothing that would make things awkward but all that came to mind was things that couples did and that wasn't going to fly well. Kevin looked over at her when she spoke, happy that she wanted to hang out with him still. Although he wasn't really sure what the two of them could do. They had done pretty much everything that he could think of and didn't realize that he was chewing his lip as he thought. "Is there anything you have in mind to do?" He asked, wrapping his arms around her shoulders in a small hug before pulling away and leaning up again the wall, figuring that it was more appropriate. "We can play a game or something, if you can think of anything." He told her, wondering why he was having such a hard time coming up with something for the two of them to do.

Demi looked out the window, watching the rain realizing that it really limited their options of finding something to do. "Wanna go watch a movie in the lounge? Kevin looked out the window when she did and remembered the rain, a small smirk playing across his lips as he came up with an idea. Of course they were going to get wet and hopefully they wouldn't get sick. It wasn't cold out so it wasn't that likely. He walked over to her and helped her up from the chair, taking her hand while continuing to smile. "Lets go play in the rain." He said, knowing how immature he could be, but he had a few ideas. It would at least keep them amused for a little bit and he couldn't really complain at the idea of seeing her wet and her clothes sticking to her body. As his thoughts trailed off he shook his head as if to clear them. Then he tugged on her hand in the direction of the sliding glass door, urging her.

Demi giggled as he picked her up and tugged her to the door. "I don't know Kev, we're going to get soaking wet," she said, not to complain or anything, but this idea was better than hers. Kevin laughed lightly and followed her out the door, sliding it shut behind him. He was already a bit wet because it was pouring, but he shook it off and let her lead him a bit before he jogged ahead and started to pull her into the yard, chuckling lightly while he did so. He lifted her up by the waist and spun her around once before looking up at the sky, feeling his curls stick to his forehead. He pushed them back with his hand and looked at her with a small smile tugging at the the corners of his mouth. "Do you like the rain?" He asked.
